About Me
My Experience
I have been a transpersonal counselor and coach for over 20 years and have had the opportunity to sit with clients in New York City and Los Angeles. I've been professionally enriched by working with a diverse group of couples and individuals.
I have a production background in the film & television industry and enjoy incorporating a great deal of creativity with a humanistic approach. My practice consists of couples and individuals who are highly motivated to CREATE CHANGE in their relationships and to develop rewarding results.
I offer in person and virtual sessions.
My Work
The foundation of my work began with a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, creativity studies as a Ph.D. candidate, along with studies at the New York Psychodrama and Psychosynthesis Institutes. I am particularly interested in working with ongoing challenges which develop during life in transition, sexual orientation, learning healthy communication styles, the desire for love in rewarding relationships, coming out of isolation from the restraints of the pandemic, and working with those in recovery.
As a certified DRP mediator through the Loyola Law School Center for Conflict Resolution, my skills extend to couples and family issues that may require additional assistance beyond coaching and therapy.
